The Pedal Car Factory® is up and running in southwestern New York State in the village of Mayville. The newest introduction from the factory is an authentically detailed 1953 Corvette Pedal Car, an officially licensed product of General Motors Corporation®. This car was unveiled in June of 2003 for the 50th Anniversary Celebration in Nashville, Bloomington Gold, and Flint Solid Axle Show. This heirloom quality car is produced with children in mind while at the same time being highly collectable. All cars are serial numbered with dash mounted brass VIN plates.

Attention to details are evident from top to bottom with the 1953 Corvette from the sturdy tubular steel chassis to the trim involved with the classic look grill teeth, bumper details, and spinner hubcaps. Further car design features include: A.B.S. thermoformed body, pneumatic tires, bearing wheel hubs, chain drive, coaster lever, hand brake, heavy duty axles, and adjustable seat to handle a 3 to 10 years of age range. Intricate emblems and decals finish off this vehicle. This car is proudly manufactured in the USA of both domestic and imported components.

The Pedal Car Factory also produces pedal stock cars, panel vans, and pickup trucks, among other offerings. These vehicles are utilized in the marketing and promotional industries. They are utilized to help establish and increase product and brand recognition for a given product or service. They are ideal for promoting a company, event, location, or activity. For ages 3 to 7, these formed plastic vehicles are custom designed and decaled.

The parent company of Pedal Car Factory is Jamestown Plastics Inc., a Western New York based custom manufacturer of thermoformed products and packaging for the automotive, medical, electronic, computer, food service, furniture, and toy industries. With over 45 years of experience in the plastics and packaging industry, Jamestown Plastics provides the support base to position Pedal Car Factory for future expansion of the offerings for collectable pedal cars and better support the promotions industry with the highest quality products and services.

The Pedal Car Factory is just beginning a new life at the Mayville facility dedicated to manufacturing high quality and durable collectible pedal cars and children ride-on vehicles. CUSTOM PAINTED CORVETTES:

In addition to the Polo White 1953 Corvette, Pedal Car Factory has custom painted cars to match with the authentic colors found on the 1954 and 1955 Corvettes. These cars are painted utilizing automotive grade paint. License plates for 1954 and 1955 are provided to add that extra detail for the car. To date, we have produced cars colors with Harvest Gold, Pennant Blue, Gypsy Red, and Black. We have also provided owners with dash mounted VIN plates matching their own Big Car Number. NEW LINE OF CUSTOM FIRE / RESCUE VEHICLES RECENTLY INTRODUCED:

Pedal Car Factory has recently introduced a line of battery powered ride-on vehicles involving custom decals for any fire or rescue organization. This offering includes a Vintage Engine, Chief's Pickup Truck, and Ambulance. These USA made vehicles are constructed of ABS plastic and are powered by a 6 volt battery driven motor. These vehicles are ideal for use for FUND RAISING, SERVICE AWARDS, FAMILY GIFTS (child's name can be provided), and FIRE PREVENTION CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS. Contact Pedal Car Factory for details. NEW STOCK CAR UNVEILED:

Car design and tooling have been completed for an entirely new look stock car. This vehicle will feature a more aerodynamic look. You can see an example of this car highlighted on the Promotional Cars Page of the website. This car will be available in both pedal and battery design. It is intended to provide the promotions and pedal car industries with a USA made alternative.
